Immunizations
- All CURRENT 6TH GRADERS must have two new shots BEFORE the start of their 7th grade school year
- They will not be permitted to enroll until a record indicating they've received these shots is received
- Tdap / Meningococcal

You will need to bring a valid ID to the office in order to enter the campus or withdraw a student.
